Declined Unauthorized access of Paypal Account

Dear Members, 

 

I had an issue with an unauthorized transaction. I filed a dispute claim and very surprisingly Paypal rejected my claim. It is worth $773.19 and it has details of the merchant as fees2ebay

After PayPal rejected my claim they ask me to contact the eBay merchant. But, as I have not done this purchase I don't have any details of the merchant. This is such a big amount and PayPal declined it without proper investigation. I went through the website and there is nothing than a robot replying which redirects to the website again. Please, members, help me with this issue. I think using PayPal is not a good idea anymore.
