I had a Payment that was deducted from my PayPal account from google...It was an automatic payment that I never approved or initiated. I disputed the payment of 9.99...Now all google payments are declined...Google says its not them its PayPal..They also say its a financial declined Payment...I have hundreds on my PayPal account..PayPal says its google...How do I fix the issue...
