Deception

Hello everybody. need help. We sold through ebay. Buyer open case in paypal. He sent back not our. Paypal charges our money. we have photo and video what we sent, and what buyer sent back. Full deception in 350 eur. Please, help us, its first time in our business. Thank you

If you have received back an item which is not the one you originally sent, you should have the option to appeal the case. The option should be available from the 'Action' section next to the closed case in your Resolution Centre.
