Debit set up at my bank fraudulently.

So a debit was set up in my monzo account fraudulently and £327 taken from my account over 13 payments. These were going to some ones elses paypal and because of that i dont seem to be able to open anything in the resolution centre?? 

Dunno what to do I've asked monzo twice now and just say ask paypal but I cant seem to get anyone on the phone. Feel rather stuck.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
