Did you ever get PayPal to resolve this issue. I'm having a very similar issue with a seller that I bought hit tub on a Facebook advert. They sent a scarf. PayPal useless at resolving it.

I got a pair of sunglasses instead of my hot tub. This is a huge rip-off. I have contacted them and asked for a refund. We will see what happens!
