Many times I order an item and they send the wrong item. Too many times they state very hard to send item back to China then offer refund of less than what was spent. This has happened many times and PayPal does nothing to support us. Been a customer since it’s inception back in the 90’s. I guess I am not good customer as they always side with the Chinese. Gdg
