I purchased a watch on eBay on Nov28, 2020, that was given a delivery date no later than Dec28, 2020. It still has not arrived, and the tracking number info lists it as ORIGIN POST IS PREPARING SHIPMENT, as of Dec3, 2020. What's the latest I can wait to file a dispute?
