This is definitely a scam. I did receive a tracking # from PayPal after checking the order# I had a shipment coming from China.
I did receive a small envelope from the carrier 4 PX a rebuttable shipping company. The envelope contained a small diamond shaped piece of plastic that had zero value.. I would stay away from this scam
