Hi I need help I recently ordered some shoes and managed to pay through PayPal, but before the seller was able ship these I opened a dispute for a certain reason. Anyways PayPal denied the dispute and proceed with the item. Today I received the item and it came damaged and the item seems to be fake not authentic. I tried opening a dispute but now PayPal won’t let me.
