Damaged Item

I received a damaged Item and With the instruction sof the merchat, (with a pre-filled form) I shipped the item back to them. 

 

I then opened a dispute and the first request for information from paypal was for the shipping information. 

 

I sent them them my receipt with all the shipping information, signed by the pick up person!

 

After analysing this for more than a month, they denied my claim saying I didn't provide the necessary information. 

 

I have no way to contact them or even to ask what went wrong!! 

 

What can I do?
