I am Manish giftdiamond my ebay store . My customer purchased item and than cancelled it. In my paypal account balance is not sufficient so add money through my card and refund the buyer. Now Paypal make charge 4.5% and conversion rate so buyer raise open case for refund in ebay. Paypal held another 1250$ in my account. Now how to resolve it. I complaint to paypal and also contact to customer care many time but till now case is pending. Please let me know what should i have to do.
