Can see others have had a bad experience with this company - wish I'd have found this page sooner!
I ordered a Thomas Kinkade Ceramic Winter Wonderland Train rotating sculpture for my nephew for Christmas from this company on 26th September. On 15th October, a crumpled A4 page with a picture of the item arrived in an envelope! The company I ordered from was called FamilyToys, who advertised via Facebook, but the money was taken from my debit card via the above PayPal account. The email address given on the "proof of purchase" email bounces back as undeliverable. In the grand scheme of things, I've "only" lost £28.63, but it's the principle! I've approached my bank to make sure any further payments to this account are blocked!!
