I used my paypal account on 02/06/21 to buy several items on ebay $136.33 total, I had $126.62 balance in my paypal account, which is now has zero balance. My debit card was also charged $136.33 so , I thought my debit card would be charged $9.71 for the amount over my paypal balance. Or does paypal take out the full amount if there is not enough funds ? I have zero balance in paypal plus $136.33 deducted from my checking. Why ? Thanks !!
