Did you ever find a phone number? I used to be able to contact a person but that is no longer an option I guess. I have money they are holding which has never happened before. There isn't any helpful information on the site all just a bunch of crap statements but not helpful at all. I need to speak with a person not a computer or hope someone on the forum has an answer. This is so frustrating. AS a tiny business I need my funds now not whenever they want to release them. I have been using PayPal for about 9 months now and never had this issue.. Such horrible customer service.
