DISPUTED CLAIM FRUSTRATIONS

PP requested I send pic of item received and I did, quickly received a response that PP would take care of the money and I could expect it to be posted to my account within 5 business days.   A few days later I received an email saying claim was denied because I did not submit requested document and case is closed.  Since then I can find no way to talk to anyone.   All avenues lead to vicious cycles.  Any suggestions?
