DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ITEMS I ORDERED

I placed an order on June 15, 2020. I know it’s been more than 180 days since but is it possible that I get some sort of refund because I did not receive ANY of the items I ordered. I contacted the person I ordered from and I was told that my package was shipped out already.

Sadly you are just over the 180 days limit so paypal won't cover you for buyer protection, why did you not file a dispute a few days ago?

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if your card issuer will help you?
