D/D PayPal Europe Payments

Hi so I noticed on my online banking there was payments made to D/D PayPal Europe on the 17/3/21 and then another small payment made on the 24/3/21, there showing up on my online banking app but not on my PayPal transaction history, anyone have this problem? Would it be best to just contact PayPal? Thanks in advance for any help!

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
OR

sometimes if you have a paypal balance then that is used first with only the remainder being deducted from your bank account so you may not recognise the amount deducted.
