PayPal has become a ghost company. NOT ONE LIVE PERSON IA AVAILABLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF. Check with your attorney general in your state. A class action suit needs to be filled. They are allowing foreign sellers to steal from customers. Don't bother even starting a dispute. You will get NO satisfaction. As long as PayPal gets their money, they do not care about your money. Fraud is rampant and has been for a while now. Do not use PayPal to make purchases unless you are going to be ok with never seeing your money again.
