Seems Paypal has their system set up so no customer can reach a live person. Their website is horrible. It just moves you to another topic and then back again. Their "resolution" center is the same. The site seems to reject uploads with no explanation of why! Guess this company feels justified in not actually working a resolution. By the way this scammer was an approved Paypal Merchant.. Another trust violated.. I will accept their decision to reward a scammer with my $105. I've been a customer for many years. No more. Had enough run-a-round from PayPal.
