Ask to speak with a manager directly. The customer service representatives will not help you with your account. I spoke with over six customer service representatives based in the Philippines, who were unable to even answer specific questions about my transactions. Several representatives rushed me off the phone and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Finally, I spoke with one supervisor, on my sixth or seventh call, who transferred me to a "manager". The manager was finally able to answer my questions and resolve my problem.
