Customer Service / Message Center

I’ve been trying to contact PayPal customer service for 2 days. I also sent a message via the Message Center but no response in over 6 hours. I need assistance with a dispute I opened - need to update it but not close. Any ideas? I haven’t found any way to do this myself - only option I see is to close the dispute and I do not want to do that.
