I opened a dispute on a charge for an item that I paid an extra $20 for 2 day shipping. The website said they are based from Pennsylvania however that information is not true. They responded to the dispute with a tracking number saying the item was shipped. However visiting the webpage for the carrier company, it’s clear the item has NOT been shipped. I requested a refund and they responded telling me I need to wait for my item and maybe the virus is responsible for wrong information. I would just like my money back and there’s no one at PayPal. It’s Pretty obvious this was a scam. What should I do next?
