Cruise Refunds

I booked a Cruise back in July and have tried to cancel this a few times now. Yesterday i found out that Travel restrictions have been increased to a further 3months until the 17th December 2020, my cruise was to leave Sydney Monday 14th December so for sure this cruise will be cancelled, I booked this cruise with a company called Luxury Escapes Travel PTY Ltd,, after i found out it was impossible to get travel insurance for this trip, i immediately tried to cancel this trip,but this company said i cant cancel this, i asked Pay Pal to step in and try to get  me a Refund, their has to be some responsibility on this company, otherwise they can just take peoples money without giving anything for it, and i for sure will never book another cruise
