Just received binoculars from Crogreat. Ordered one with x300 zoom, but they sent one with x60-80 zoom. When I compare with my x8 Nikon binoculars it actually zooms less than the illuminated x60-80. Conclusion: 1) does not deliver what you order; 2) delivers a product of poor quality. What can I and the many other customers actually do??
