Had an ebay buyer, purchase an item in September. Around the first week of November, I show a negative balance in my paypal account. The september buyer, had filed for a refund on his credit card after 2 months and paypal had refunded him and charged back to me. Keep in mind, I never heard that there were any problems from the buyer. In fact, I have messages that say he was pleased. I have all the messages in my ebay account and have copied them to paypal, yet they continue trying to get me to pay for a refund. Sure sounds like a scam to me. So anytime I use my credit card, through paypal, I can just request a refund and not have to pay for the item? Does not seem right. So the buyer got the item and a refund....that sucks.
