Credit card charges

My credit card was charged 46.98 nov.21 2019 from PayPal to a SALINE CA. DEPT STORE.the only record I could find was bank statement. PayPal showed no transaction. A phone number was there also[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I am calling PayPal to see hopefully an answer

I'm sorry to hear of the unrecognized transaction. If the transaction isn't reflecting on your PayPal Activity Log, I recommend checking for an email about this transaction. It's possible you could have paid using our Guest Checkout which doesn't require account login. If you're unable to find any information about the transaction, please report this to your card and they will reach out to us to dispute the transaction.
