Credit card charges, but not in my account so I can't try to resolve it.

The credit card I have attached to my paypal account has received numerous huge,  over $1000 charges via paypal.  But they're not on my account, so there is no way to dispute the charges because paypal wants me to pick the transaction.  There isn't one on my account.  Never the less I've had more than $6000 in charges to my credit card and the credit card company wants me to try to resolve it with paypal.  How do I get hold of someone to fix this?
