Hi community. Lufthansa cancelled my reservation to Verona (good reason) and offering only re-schedule and trip must be same location during 2020. Can the money-back -policy be applied here? Any experience/best practise to get the money back? Ofcourse ticket is economy. Appreciating answers. J
