I recently made a purchase of a Moncler Gilet - it turned out to be a terrible counterfeit (confirmed by Moncler via email) PayPal say I have to send it to the seller to get a refund but sending counterfeit goods in the UK is illegal. I'm lost. Please help. Moncler recommends I contact the authorities and trading standards ect. I just want my money back 😢
