I am really upset with how PayPal just closed my dispute. I know there are tons of complaints about receiving counterfeit products but it's even worst if the product is a medical device. Because of Covid, I ordered an Oxygen Sensor from Ecom Legends Global, which turns out to be a Chinese outfit located in Mainland China. After waiting over 2 months for my product, I opened a dispute with PayPal and about 10 days later finally received the product. PayPal then closed my case but now I cannot re-open the case to report that the item sent was a counterfeit item. I even returned the oxygen sensor via USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number showing the return was delivered. Is there any other recourse that I have now? It's one thing to pay high PayPal fees but I am really upset the PayPal is not backing my claim.
