I'm hoping someone knows of a way to draw attention to this.
I purchased a pass to a convention by a company called Phoenix Conventions over a year ago now. The event was supposed to take place on September 14th of this year originally, but was rescheduled as of July to April of 2020. Attendee passes were 'transferable' to the new date, but it was uncovered recently that Phoenix Conventions has recently deleted their website, along with all of the tweets affiliated with the company, which were advertising sales and convention info. I've reached out to Paypal to see if they will assist, but does anyone else know how dozens of people can get their money back?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
