Contacting a person or business for a refund

Has anyone ever done business with KATIEBUG LLC ????   I have reason to believe that this person has been fraudulent with me and I need to contact or get info on this person or business...I have attempted twice via email to establish contact but nothing back thus far...

If you did not receive the item you ordered or if you received something that is not as advertised, you can dispute the payment within 180 days from the date of the payment. Here is how.
