I have been working with PP to resolve fraudulent charges in large sums on my PP account. Why does PP not realize the grossly inept process of using HELP, Message, cust service number and resolution center and really just being an endless circle of no help at all. It has been one of the most frustrating parts of the entire process. I hope by customers providing this feedback PP will improve their processes.
