Contact seller on Resolution Center is not working
I have been waiting several weeks for a dispute to be resolved. Something is definitely fishy as I ordered twice from the same company and the resolution center has it as two different companies. The company says it has sent the packages and sent tracking numbers. Both of the tracking numbers go to addresses in my town but neither of them are mine. I tried to change the dispute and contact the sell so they knew this, using the Resolution Center and it just spins when I hit send. Also, how long do I have to wait for a refund? It has been almost a month and still no word.
