Advice given here is to contact your credit card company for help if PayPal won’t assist you with a claim. People just complain about the claims and don’t follow through. I had a dispute with a company and rather than bugging PayPal during this pandemic, I contacted my bank. I’d used my debit card and didn’t receive the product I had ordered. My bank issued the refund right away and I didn’t get upset with PayPal and waste my time.
Many of you ignore the advice but it works.
