Paypal's support is beyond pathetic. Does anyone know of a way to contact Paypal for help? I have called and sat on hold indefinitely. I have used their email contact and they have told me they would call me back in 24 hours, that did not happen, and when I told them they said they would call back in 48 hours, that did not happen either. I can't wait for the next response which will probably be 72 hours now. I need to do a dispute but since I did the purchase through eBay as a guest, the purchase does not show up in my history and I cannot start the dispute. Help on that would be wonderful!!!

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your paypal account then of course it won't show on your paypal account as you bought as a 'guest buyer'.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I can't help you anymore with contacting customer services as you haven't said what country you are in.
