Hi. I like to asked anyone that using paypal if theres a easy way to contact paypal. As iv been trying for these last few days but no luck.  I think you got more change of havin TEA with the Queen They to get to paypal

I belive theres a scam going on  on ebay where they show you a item and you think is great but then they sent you something. Complitly different. And. Paypal exapt as its got a traking Number. Then you need to sent it back and you pay for the postage. So at the end you allways lose. And paypall dont wont. To go anything about it

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble reaching us and that you have received an item that is different from what you ordered. If you have already opened a dispute on a transaction and are being asked to send an item back in order to receive a refund, the item will need to be sent back to the merchant. PayPal does have a Return Shipping on Us program that allows you to be reimbursed for part of the cost of having to send an item back in order to receive a refund.

Yes, Paypal account has been hacked and cannot find any way to contact someone when it doesn't involve disputing a particular transaction. Very frustrating!
