Recently I have come across more and more PayPal's decisions that have not been thoroughly reviewed and find myself unable to respond because the response options are very limited and especially an appeal of PayPal's decisions. There is no email address to which you can turn with scanned claims and attachments to prove your editor's wrong decision. I'm really thinking of quitting working on PayPal.
