Confused

Hi, I rarely use my paypal, but it’s always useful to have. I recently made a purchase using my paypal, think it was about 6 weeks ago. The seller offered to refund me because of some trouble. Then recently I noticed I had a limitation on my paypal account. I tried to sign in a couple days ago, and it says to resolve issues with my account. One was validate my card, and other was send photo for ID. I did both of these, but today, I now have message off you saying my account is going to be closed down. And that paypal are going to look into activity on my account and my purchases. Why though?! I’ve not done anything and think I’ve only made the one purchase on my account. I’ve done nothing wrong and no suspicious activity. Actually, I did have a thing pop up telling me that my PayPal was used in London on 15th november, and it asked if it was me or not. I clicked to state it wasn’t me... I’m in Birmingham and Tamworth and haven’t been in London or even used my paypal until two days ago. Please help and explain why I’ve had it limited and then in process of closing my account and shutting it down, if I’ve not done anything. Thanks
