Hi can anyone tell me how I find a response message from the retailer I am having issues with? PayPal contacted me to tell me I need to respond to e mail but when I go to the e mail there isn’t anything there just the retailers name??
Open a dispute on PayPal im doing the same thing, im almost sure i will not get a refund but im sure i will give them hell first because PayPal is helping the crooked companies to scam us. Good luck.
