Need some help, bought something through business PayPal, on my way to collect. The seller has asked me to confirm receipt before taking the item. The item is an electronic device so I am concerned it make not work when I get home. Will I lose my PayPal protection if I confirm the receipt on PayPal? The seller isn’t happy for me to take the product before accepting the payment as she’s concerned I will claim I haven’t received it (I’ve travelled 4 hours and the machine is worth over £4000)
