I have money in my PayPal that my mother in law sent for my son's upcoming birthday - to go towards his paying for his party. I logged in today to try and transfer it but when I hit transfer it just refreshes and takes me back to the same page, and when I click on my wallet it says that the money is waiting for me and I need to confirm my identity. I've clicked the link to conform my identity, which it just brings up a page that says my identity was confirmed even though I done nothing to conform it 😕 Has anyone else experienced this recently? How did you fix it? I'm currently on the phone to PayPal and sent them a message but who knows when they'll answer *sigh*
