It's been a year since I've submitted the information that "Paypal" and until today, I didn't receive any response. Throughout the journey until today, I had no issues regarding the account limitation but suddenly, it affects me during this time of crisis where I am unable to proceed with any sorts of transactions as "PAYPAL" demands me to submit a proof of identity confirmation which I did, a year ago. I couldn't find a way at all to contact the desk support so here I am.

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:
- Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
- Employment authorization card
- Permanent resident card
Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:
- Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Bank, credit card, or financial statement
- Cell phone bill
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
