Hello, I just wanna know if there are any other way to confirm my identity (Proof of address) because our utility bill (Electricity Bill) is under the name of my father and I'm living with him at the same house, I still tried to send that Utility Bill to check if paypal will honor it but they did not because the name on the Utility Bill and the name on my paypal account is different. Is there any way to prove my address?
