I have made a purchase for some custom items and seller ask if I can confirm receipt. I havent received the products yet, however I think seller relies on the funds to buy raw material to make the products... I want to know if I was to confirm receipt does this mean I'm telling paypal I have received the item thus I wont be protected by their buyer protection any longer?
