A seller is asking me to confirm receipt of an item that I have not received yet so they can get the money. My concern is that I may not have any recourse under purchase protection if I never receive the item since I have already confirmed receipt of it. They are not sending the product to me until the funds I have sent them are no longer pending. My inclination is to start a dispute now to get my money back. Please advise.
