Hello. I am worried about making a new PayPal account, because somebody close to me said that since a previous account was made on PayPal (different emails, but same location and WiFi) that there will be problems in the further using paypal with using same location and WiFi. This person who made the pervious account is in debt with their PayPal account. That account and this account (which is mine) are using the same location and WiFi. Am I going to have any problems due to us using the same location and WiFi? I am trying to run a business and make money through this account
