Hi. I would like to cancel my order and would like a refund of $104.44. After I read many reviews about Berrylook, It seemed a scam company. Therefor I would like a refund please. Looking forward hearing from you about my refund. I already ordered from Berrylook last month and till now nothing was reveived. I would like to get ur email so i can forward the email from paypal confirming the payment to you.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
3.Click Dispute a Transaction.
4.Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5.Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

This company is a scam. They sell poor quality products. What you get is not the same what you can see on their webpage. They use the Chinese address for return to discourage customers to ship their products back as the shipping costs is very often equal of the purchase costs (40-50 USD). They don't accept shipping with DHL, etc., just the "local post agent".
I am trying to get the money back.

I have also had problems with this company. I cancelled an order 1 hour after making it. The payment had already been sent by PayPal. Berrylooks refund policy is full refund if order cancelled within 24 hours. That was 2 months ago. I have written 9 emails, they have responded to each one with a prewritten stock answer, saying "Sorry for the delay, be patient a refund is coming. Your refund is top priority."
I don't believe a refund is ever coming, so I am filing a dispute with PayPal..
Do not ever do business with this scam company.

Has anybody gotten their money back? It's been 2 months since I sent the ugly and terrible dresses they sold me and keep getting e-mails promising they will give me back my money ($89.00 dollars).

Berrylook received my return on June 4.2019, they do reply to my emails and promise me my refund is coming. Did you ever get your refund?? Did you dispute with your CC company and paypal?? What happened? sooo annoyed I ordered from this company, I should have read the reviews.

Keep pressing PayPal and your bank if any. If you have a promise from Berrylook to refund your money, use that as evidence to press your claim.
It took my absolute MONTHS to get Bank of America to refund my money. The money went through PayPal and they were NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. Worse than useless as they claimed the dispute had to be filed through Bank of America. They acted like they (PayPal) were innocent bystanders. Unbelievable and has totally knocked my trust in them.
Bank of America finally admitted that the dispute was handled badly by them and they did do a chargeback on the company.
It took 4 months. And lots of my time.

PayPal is telling me that I will have 30 € for the shipment for an order of 53 €. I wouln't have bought if only I had new that what Berry is selling is such horrible quality. It's not worth the contamination it is producing!
