I had also ordered the same product. It is a criminal gang of digital cone players who are ripped off by social media and obviously PayPal because they generate income on these platforms.

Did PayPal make you file a “police report” for the item. This feels like a bit much and to see how many other people who has had claims created with PayPal you would think they would do better. I feel like PayPal is getting a cut from these scammers. Cause they take forever to even look at the case let alone resolve it. Once this is done PayPal will no longer have a relationship with me. They sent me a response saying: To continue with this investigation, a report must be filed with a law enforcement agency or government organization. You may choose to contact your local law enforcement agency (such as your local police or sheriff's department) or you may choose to file a report with any other governmental agency of your choice.

Of course Paypal makes millons out of these online scammers, they love them!! So do Facebook, makes millions if not billions for Zuckerberg. We the consumer will always lose out to the big companies.

I already commented here but I am going to keep on using this thread since it is the largest thread about this company / organization making these scam websites. I have spent a decent chunk of time looking into them and this will sort of be a PSA and hopefully get Paypal's attention to shut them down. 

If you are on this thread you have most likely been scammed by Yangxin Electronics Co. LTD.    Great, so have I.

So first who am I. I have a small business and my product is one of the many that they have on their website. I am the only person who makes and sells this product so if it shows up anywhere I know 100% that I am looking at a scam website. 

First, Here is my product. They scraped this page to use on their websites.

Next, Here are the websites and associated Paypal Accounts that I can 100% prove are a scam since they feature my product and use my kickstarter info.

So what can you do?

1. Avoid these websites or sketchy websites in general
2. Alert paypal to this thread AND/OR these accounts because they are enabling these crimes 
3. File a fraud case with IC3.gov, This takes only a few minutes and will get more eyes looking at this issue.

4. If you have been scammed comment the website link so it is more visible

To wrap this up I am very disappointed in how Paypal is handling this situation. They have not taken the necessary steps to prevent future fraud despite the numerous cases that have been filed against this entity which show a clear pattern of malicious behavior. 

This thread has been up since Dec 2020 and you can still make purchases to Yangxin Electronics Co. LTD.  In my eyes Paypal is complicit in their crimes. Paypal has been notified and given them ample time to act yet they have done nothing. Hopefully this will change soon but I am not optimistic

I was a victim of their fraud as well (in my case on the website otjhi.shop, and the PayPal charge came through from Xingee Trade Online), and have now reported their crime at complaint.ic3.gov as suggested here, as well as opening a PayPal dispute. I suppose I should have known their prices were "too good to be true."
