I paid for a health test to be performed back in February 2020, covid hit in March. I kept emailing months later since it should take 60-90 days, asking when I would be receiving results. We are now November, last time I emailed them back in July they stated they did not know when they would give me test results. I paid $100 for this test and now 180 days (days I have to file a dispute)has passed. $59.00 was taken from my American Express via PayPal and the remainder was my PayPal balance. What can be done from here? They didn't keep their end of the contract. I have been more than patient and not once have they offered a refund.
